Bookshops Collaborations with UNESCO Creative Cities

International meeting of booksellers in Barcelona

Barcelona UNESCO City of Literature invited us to participate in an international meeting of booksellers in Barcelona, during the city’s Sant Jordi celebrations on Book Day, 23 April.

The invitation was forwarded to the Granada Booksellers Association, who chose Marian Recuerda, from the city’s Ubú bookshop, to go to Barcelona, where she met and forged links with some of the finest independent bookshops in the network of UNESCO Cities of Literature
