Newsletter Subscription Terms and Conditions

The present terms and conditions regulate the subscription to the newsletter called Newsletter of the Granada UNESCO City of Literature Program, of the Culture Department of the Granada City Council. In order to receive the Newsletter, the subscriber who wishes to register must complete the form provided for this purpose and accept these terms and conditions.

In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, 1999, on the Protection of Personal Data and its implementing regulations, the Granada UNESCO City of Literature Program informs the Subscriber that the data collected through the Form will be incorporated into a personal data file owned by the Granada UNESCO City of Literature Program, whose address is at Centro Federico García Lorca, Plaza de la Romanilla, s/n – 18001 Granada (Spain).

The Granada UNESCO City of Literature Program guarantees the confidentiality of the personal data provided and compliance with all applicable regulations.

By completing the Form and accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Subscriber authorizes the Granada UNESCO City of Literature Program to process his/her personal data in order to send him/her the Newsletter containing information related to the latest news about its activities and news. The Newsletter will be sent periodically to the e-mail address provided by the Subscriber.

The email field that appears in the Form must be filled in, so that the omission of this field could make it impossible to respond to your request for subscription to the Newsletter.

The Subscriber guarantees that all data provided through the Form are accurate, complete, truthful and duly updated. The Subscriber must inform the Granada City of Literature UNESCO Program of any modification of his/her personal data so that the information contained in his/her file is always updated and does not contain errors. All damages that the Granada UNESCO City of Literature Program may suffer as a result of non-compliance with this obligation shall be the responsibility of the Subscriber.

The Granada City of Literature UNESCO Program will not communicate the Subscriber’s data to third party companies, unless previously authorized by the Subscriber and for the purposes determined from time to time.

The Subscriber may unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time through the following e-mail address granada@granadaciudaddeliteratura.com, and all Newsletters will have a link to unsubscribe from the Newsletter.

Likewise, the Subscriber may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to the processing of their personal data by sending a written notification to the following email address: granada@granadaciudaddeliteratura.com, providing a copy of a document proving their identity.

The intellectual and industrial property rights over the Newsletter, including the layout of the contents, the graphic design of the Newsletter (look & feel), as well as the different elements that make up the Newsletter (texts, graphics, photographs, videos, sound recordings, etc.) (the “Contents”), correspond to the Granada UNESCO City of Literature Program or its licensors. With respect to the distinctive signs included in the Newsletter (trademarks and commercial names), these are the property of the Granada City of Literature UNESCO Program or its licensors. To this effect, by means of these Terms and Conditions, except in those cases in which it is legally permitted or with prior authorization from the Granada City of Literature UNESCO Program, the Subscriber is expressly prohibited from reproducing, transforming, distributing, publicly communicating, making available, extracting and/or reusing the Newsletter, its Contents and/or the distinctive signs of the Granada City of Literature UNESCO Program.
